Microsoft is excitedly unveiling a suite of new additions to its Copilot feature for Windows 11, including integration with popular apps such as OpenTable, Shopify, and Kayak, as well as introducing new skills designed to streamline your Windows experience.
As we put in the effort to elevate your Windows experience, we can’t wait to unveil some fantastic enhancements in our sneak peek of Copilot for Windows 11, just for you!. These enhancements not only include the debut of the Copilot Key on the latest Windows 11 PC keyboards but also refinements to the Copilot icon on the taskbar, alongside the newfound flexibility to dock, undock, and resize the Copilot pane,” shared Microsoft in a recent blog post.
Copilot now integrates plugins that transform how you tackle daily tasks. For instance, arranging a dinner outing with friends is as simple as asking Copilot and OpenTable to secure a reservation. And if you decide a cozy evening at home is more your speed, just tell Copilot to whip up a “healthy dinner party menu for 8,” and let the magic happen right before your eyes.
Come late March, Copilot will be equipped with additional skills that further simplify actions like modifying PC settings, clearing the recycle bin, or scouting for available Wi-Fi networks. Just type a command into Copilot, such as “enable battery saver” or “disable battery saver,” and Copilot will execute the task and confirm once it’s done.
Currently in preview and available in select markets globally, Copilot for Windows is set to expand its reach gradually.
Alongside these exciting developments, Microsoft is also introducing updates to its creative apps:
  • Generative Erase in Photos App: Effortlessly erase unwanted objects or flaws from your images with the innovative Generative Erase feature.
  • Clipchamp Silence Removal Preview: Starting now, this tool allows you to automatically excise silent segments from your videos in the Clipchamp video editor, streamlining your editing process.
These updates represent Microsoft’s commitment to not only enhancing productivity but also boosting creativity, making Windows 11 an even more powerful tool for users worldwide.
