Elon Musk’s transgender daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, has publicly criticized her father’s recent comments regarding her gender transition. Posting on Meta’s Threads platform, the 20-year-old shared a picture of herself with the caption, “I look pretty good for a dead b***h.”
Wilson, who legally changed her name and gender in 2022, clarified that she had “disowned” Musk, not the other way around. In a series of posts, she refuted Musk’s claims that she was “born gay and slightly autistic,” labeling his remarks as “entirely fake” and accusing him of using stereotypes from a far-right commentator.
In an interview with psychologist Dr. Jordan Peterson on the Daily Wire, Musk expressed regret over allowing Wilson, formerly known as Xavier, to undergo gender reassignment surgery. He called the decision a mistake and described the practice of allowing children to transition as “incredibly evil,” suggesting that those who promote such surgeries “should go to prison.” He elaborated, stating, “They call it ‘deadnaming’ for a reason. The reason they call it ‘deadnaming’ is because your son is dead. My son Xavier is dead — killed by the woke-mind virus,” directly referencing Wilson’s transition.
Wilson’s public denouncement comes amid Musk’s ongoing campaign against what he terms the “woke-mind virus.” The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has vowed to combat this perceived threat, stating, “I vowed to destroy the woke-mind virus after that. And we’re making some progress.”
