The first poster, showing an arrow against a blazing sky, was also shared. Namit captioned it, “More than a decade ago, I began the journey of bringing this 5,000-year-old epic to life. Our teams are working tirelessly to present an authentic, sacred, and visually stunning adaptation of our history, truth, and culture—our *Ramayana*—for audiences worldwide.” Fans flooded the post with excitement, expressing eagerness for what many are calling a “magnum opus.”
Cast Highlights for Ramayana
Reports suggest Ranbir Kapoor will portray Lord Ram, with Sai Pallavi as Sita. Yash, who recently confirmed his role as Ravana, stated, “To make a film of this scale, the project and vision must come before individual stardom.” Lara Dutta is set to play Kaikeyi, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Sheeba Chaddha as Manthara.
Earlier this year, a set photo of Ranbir and Sai in costume went viral, adding to the buzz around this epic adaptation.
