“When I was approached for ‘Kalki,’ I didn’t even take a moment to say yes. I deeply trust producers Aswani Dutt, Swapna Dutt, and Priyanka. Working successfully with them on ‘Sita Ramam’ made joining this project an easy choice. Being part of this mammoth project and this absolute visionary filmmaking was something I knew I had to be part of,” Thakur expressed with enthusiasm.

However, Ashwin had a different plan. “But then, he wanted it to be different. I’m almost like a sage in the film with a bad idea,” Haasan added, piquing the audience’s curiosity.
