The case involves an unpaid balance of Rs 54.22 crore, part of a Rs 99.22 crore loan obtained for producing films, including *Teddy* and *Thangalaan*. Although Rs 45 crore has been repaid, the remaining debt prompted Reliance Entertainment to take legal action.
