Some people feel cold all the time due to factors like poor circulation, low iron levels, dehydration, and lack of sleep. These issues affect the body’s ability to regulate temperature, leading to constant chills. Maintaining good blood flow, staying hydrated, eating iron-rich foods, and getting enough rest can help.

1. Poor Blood Circulation

3. Dehydration

Staying hydrated is crucial for regulating body temperature. Water supports blood circulation and heat distribution. Dehydration can reduce the body’s ability to produce warmth, leaving you feeling cold. Drinking enough fluids throughout the day helps prevent this.

4. Lack of Sleep

Your body repairs and regulates itself during sleep. Poor sleep can slow metabolism, making it harder to maintain warmth. Chronic sleep deprivation also affects circulation and hormonal balance, leading to constant chills. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to help regulate body temperature.
